Cancellation Policy

Failure to give a 48 hr cancellation notice will result in paying 50% of the appointment. Failure to give a 24 hr cancellation notice will result in paying 100% of the appointment. No future appointments may be made until the cancellation fee is paid. If you no show an appointment, no future appointments can be made.
